The Program Manager is responsible for successful execution of all program activities, with particular responsibility for project management and professional/technical support activities outlined below.\n\nThe Program Manager will coordinate technical, cybersecurity, HSM operations, PQC, OEM, and compliance resources; manage schedule, risk, quality, staffing, deliverables, and communications; and serve as the primary management interface with VA stakeholders.
