Applicant resumes are the key means for evaluating skills, knowledge, and abilities as they relate to this position therefore, applicants are encouraged to be clear and specific when describing experience.Evaluation and sustainment duties include but are not limited to:Develops, administers, and maintains systematic FFR training evaluation system to assess: (1) learners' immediate reaction to learning events, (2) knowledge acquisition from learning event, (3) on-the-job application of newly acquired skills and knowledge, and ( 4) measurable business results due to the learning event.Prepares and provides evaluation reports on specified learning events/programs, (single event, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual)which present conclusions and recommendations to higher authority to ensure training value, efficiency, effectiveness, and return on investment are utilized and balanced throughout all FFR programs.Coordinates and leads face-to-face and virtual learning event and learning program evaluation meetings with event stakeholders and groups to assess event/program effectiveness on desired business/program (Level 1 - 4) outcomes.Prepares and provides annual branch program report for FFR Training, including conclusions and recommendations to senior CNIC leadership to ensure program value, efficiency, effectiveness, and return on investment to CNIC N9 organization.Assesses and evaluates existing and proposed learning solutions ( e.g., training and non-­training performance improvement interventions) through use of development strategies which may include: (1) competency modeling; (2) competency proficiency assessments; (3) behavioral interviewing; (4) change management; (5) building leadership commitment and sponsorship; ( 6) assessment of alignment of management, learning, and performance systems; and/or (7) organizational culture assessment).Instructional design and miscellaneous duties include but are not limited to:Identifies, acquires, and/or designs and develops new learning solutions for multipledelivery methods.Assesses human performance and process improvement needs, defines performanceobjectives, recommends Human Performance Technology (HPT) solutions, and develops career development strategies.Help HelpRequirementsConditions of EmploymentMust pass all applicable records and background check.Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. A qualified candidate also possesses the following:Knowledge of HPT, instructional design, development, delivery, evaluation, and sustainment requirements of performance based, participant-centered, classroom, interactive e-learning, and virtual instructor-led learning events for adult learners.Skill in the use ofan industry standard, systemic model (e.g., ADDIE-M-analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate, and maintain).- Skill in the use of training evaluation models (e.g. Kirkpatrick, Brinkerhoff, CIPP).Skill in the use of organization development strategies which may include but are not limited to competency modeling, competency proficiency assessments, behavioral interviewing, and/or change management.Skill in the use of Microsoft Office Programs (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Outlook).Skill and ability in analyzing and synthesizing business operation and learning event data sets using statistical analytics applications (e.g. SAS, SPSS).Skill and ability in analyzing and synthesizing business operation and learning event data sets using qualitative analytics applications ( e.g. QDA Miner,NVivo).Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.- Ability to lead effective meetings in both virtual and face-to-face formats.EducationThis position does not have a positive education requirement.Additional informationSalary is dependent on experience and/or education.Some positions have special requirements.
