You will maintain existing quality planning to administer customer and internal quality requirements to Raytheon program teams and the supply base. Additionally, you will aid the NGJ Program Quality and Mission Assurance team, reporting to the Next Generation Jammer (NGJ) Program Quality and Mission Assurance Lead. You will be responsible for:Implementation of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)Managing and coordinating between all design and build sites and major and key suppliersEnsure requirement and product compliance, timely implementation of the quality system, and customer expectationsContinuous improvement of processes (CORE)Implementation of Advanced Program Quality Planning (APQP) for the current program contracts and future proposal activities.Qualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of two (2) years of engineering experience in the following areas:Working experience in Quality, Engineering, Operations or Program ManagementWorking experience in business strategic planning/proposal, Engineering development, production, test, product acceptance and/or post-delivery assistanceExperience complying with Quality Management Systems AS9100The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
