B, Bldg. A, Barn, lagoons, pond, and Sales Meeting House.\n\nInspect and repair barn and fences as needed.\n\nCut grass and weeds around barn, Bldg. A, Bldg. B, White House, sides of road, and other areas needed.\n\nKeep tractor, lawn mowers, livestock truck and other outside equipment serviced. Check antifreeze during winter months.\n\nRemove burned sawdust from Bldg. A as necessary.\n\nRemove old pallets from Bldg. A and Bldg. B as needed.\n\nMove chemicals received at dry warehouse to the chemical room.\n\nRemove cardboard bales from inside Bldg. A warehouse and from outside of Bldg. B warehouse and place them on the southwest side of the Bldg. A warehouse outside. Do not block asphalt driveway.\n\nMaintain area around lagoons.\n\nRemove trash, debris, etc. from all areas surrounding Bldg. A, Bldg. B, barn and on road sides to Pope's property and to water tower driveway.\n\nChecks boards on barn and in pens for loose nails and deteriorated planks. Replace or repair as needed.\n\nMaintain storm water drains free of grass and debris to ensure storm water will flow freely into the drains.\n\nKeep weeds and briars killed in and around junk pile.\n\nCut grass/weeds in pasture only twice per year, but check with the VP of Manufacturing before doing so, in case someone has contracted to cut and bail the grass for hay.\n\nMaintain livestock truck.\n\nWash concrete floor of barn when needed.\n\nTake pH sample from lagoon three times per week, Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. Collect water sample and package properly for FedEx to deliver to the lab for wastewater analysis in accordance with general permit.\n\nCollect wastewater sample for a runner to take on the first Wednesday of the month to meet at collection point determined by lab.\n\nCollect a storm water sample every six months in accordance with Stormwater Permit and deliver to the lab or a mutual designated point.\n\nInspect fuel holding tanks twice a week in accordance SPCC plan and submit proper paper work to Maintenance Supervisor.\n\nInspect and maintain flag and flag pole. Remove flag during high winds, repair or replace rope as needed, place flag at half-mast as directed.\n\nKeep the south wall of the hall adjacent to the HR Manager's Office clean.\n\nClean and maintain green man door entrance to manufacturing office close to HR Manager's office as needed.\n\nKeep the drain holes cleaned out in the curbing around the ramp to the stairwell entrance to Bldg. A.\n\nDuring heavy or consistent rainfall take control lagoon flow within daily limits by adding/removing extra board locate in wastewater shed in strict accordance to OP1226, Lagoon Maintenance.\n\nInspect and clean man doors to Truck Maintenance Garage as needed.\n\nJob Qualifications\n\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
