In this role, you will assemble electrical control panels, install electrical components, read wiring diagrams and schematics, and ensure all work meets quality and safety standards. Previous manufacturing or electrical assembly experience is preferred.Key Responsibilities\r\nRead and interpret work orders, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.\r\nAssemble electrical control panels and related components.\r\nMount electrical enclosures, cabinets, and devices.\r\nRoute and install wiring, cables, and conduit according to UL471, NEMA, and NEC standards.\r\nCrimp and connect wires to terminals, plugs, and electrical components.\r\nLabel and identify completed wiring accurately.\r\nUse hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical test equipment.\r\nAssist engineering with new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.\r\nTrain team members as needed.\r\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following company safety policies.Qualifications\r\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\r\nAbility to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.\r\nBasic knowledge of electrical circuits and testing equipment.\r\nExperience using hand and power tools in electrical applications.\r\nPrevious electrical assembly or electrical work experience preferred.\r\nManufacturing experience preferred.\r\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.\r\nCompany DescriptionElevaIT is a certified and values driven Service-Disabled Veteran owned global staffing and IT professional services firm serving Fortune 1000 clients with customized and scalable workforce solutions.
