The CNC Programmer will collaborate closely with engineers and machinists to produce high-quality components that meet stringent specifications.\nDuties\nDevelop and optimize CNC programs for milling and lathe operations using Fusion or Visi.\nInterpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to create accurate machining programs.\nUtilize GD&T principles to ensure compliance with design specifications and tolerances.\nOperate Haas CNC milling machines and lathes, performing setup, tooling changes, and adjustments as necessary.\nConduct inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).\nImplement lean manufacturing practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste in the machining process.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues related to programming or machining processes.\nMaintain documentation of all programming changes and updates for quality control purposes.\nStay updated on advancements in CNC technology and machining techniques.\nRequirements\nProven experience in CNC programming with a strong background in machining processes.\nProficiency in CAD/CAM software including Fusion, Visi and other relevant tools.\nFamiliarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.\nStrong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.\nExcellent math skills with a solid understanding of geometry related to machining operations.\nExperience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, etc.\nAbility to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
