You should also have a passion for food safety and kitchen management.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nPrepare and serve high-quality food to customers\nMaintain foodservice displays to ensure they are fully stocked for business needs\nManage inventory of prepared ingredients, ensuring compliance with temperature and shelf-life guidelines\nEnsures food handling procedures are followed including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, and rotating of products\nSet up, break down, sanitize and maintain clean prep stations\nComplete end-of-shift paperwork accurately and efficiently\nProvide exceptional customer service through positive interactions\nDemonstrate excellent communication skills and work effectively in a team\nAdhere to uniform, personal hygiene, and appearance standards\nSupport opening and closing duties, including end-of-shift cleaning\nMaintain organized, safe, and clean work areas\nFollow safety and security standards diligently\nPerforms all other duties as required or assigned by management\n\nCross-training responsibilities:\n\nManaging the cash register throughout the shift ensuring the money stays balanced and customers are assisted in a fast and accurate manner.\nStocking products on shelves and making sure the store always looks clean and professional.\nEnsure prompt, efficient and courteous customer service to store customers, vendors, and staff at all times.\nMaintain a clean, customer friendly environment in the store and surrounding property\nTroubleshoot and resolve car wash related issue as needed\nPrepare a shift report at the end of the shift as per company guidelines\nCross and upsell store products and sales to assist in increasing store sales\nEscalate any issues to their next level manager that needs immediate attention.\nPerforms all other duties as required or assigned by management\nRequirements:\nHigh School diploma or GED preferred\nServ-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred\nKnife skills and previous restaurant experience are a plus\nMust be 18 years or older\nAbility to bend down frequently and lift up to 50lbs\nStrong teamwork and punctuality skills\nAble to read, write and speak basic English\nAble to successfully complete consecutive 90-day probationary period\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nCompetitive Pay\nBenefits for full-time employees\nFlexible schedules - full-time and part-time careers available\nOpportunities for career growth\nTraining provided\nGas discounts with employee incentive program\nEmployee that is with us for 6 months to 3 Years = 0.10 cents off gallon of fuel\nEmployee that is with us for 3 yrs.- 5 yrs. = 0.30 cents off gallon of fuel\nEmployee that is with us for +5 yrs. = 0.40 cents off gallon of fuel\nMAXIMUM 20 GALLONS AND 2 FILL UPS PER WEEK\n\nAdditional Requirements:\n\nMust be able to work various shifts and days of the week\n\nWe look forward to welcoming motivated individuals who embody our core values and are dedicated to providing exceptional service.
