MRB / Liaison Engineer - AerostructuresLocation: Wichita, KSWork Model: Onsite onlyEmployment Type: Full-timeWe are hiring an MRB / Liaison Engineer to support aerospace production, repair, and aerostructure engineering activities. This role is focused on metal and composite aerostructure design, production support, MRB dispositions, concessions, and engineering coordination in a manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:- Support MRB and liaison engineering activities for aerospace structures- Review nonconformances and support concessions, dispositions, and tags- Provide production and repair engineering support- Work with metal and composite aerostructure designs- Interpret and support 2D engineering drawings and production documentation- Use CATIA V5 for design review, engineering support, and issue resolution- Coordinate with production, quality, manufacturing, and engineering teams- Support fuselage, nacelle, pylon, or related aerostructure work where applicable- Ensure engineering documentation is accurate and aligned with aerospace standardsRequired Qualifications:- B.E. / B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder- 2+ years of aerospace engineering experience- MRB, liaison engineering, production support, repair engineering, or aerostructures experience- Experience with metal or composite aerostructure design- Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings- CATIA V5 experience- Ability to work onsite in Wichita, KSPreferred Qualifications:- MRB delegation approval- Boeing process experience- Fuselage, nacelle, pylon, or airframe structures experience- Experience with concessions, dispositions, nonconformance tags, or production repair support
