equipment to ensure that the equipment is safe to operate including guards and safety systems.\nAll quality checks must be performed to published quality standards with honesty and integrity.\nInform the shift supervisor as well as appropriate management of non-conforming products.\nEnsure the operating area and equipment are kept cleanly to minimize the risk of contaminants.\nRun the machinery at maximum efficiency.\nEnsure to set up all the equipment in the best way due to achieve the best performance.\nPerform basic maintenance functions, and write work orders for items not able to be corrected.\nPlan and perform change-over functions and set up equipment as necessary.\nEliminate all waste on raw materials and production activities.\nCollaborate with the maintenance department and quality department.\nRecord productivity, and quality data on a shift basis with honesty and integrity.\nPerform work functions as a team.\nGuarantee the implementation and maintain a system of good practices.\nAssist and advise management in specific training requirements.\nPerform functions utilizing LEAN manufacturing techniques to minimize waste and optimize production.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nJob Requirements\nHigh School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) and prior experience is preferred.\nMust possess basic computer skills.\nMust be able to read and
