Operations Support Specialist
Responsibilities
Strong analytical problem solving, organization, and time management skills are required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and member service skills.
Possess a range of mortgage knowledge, as well as the skills and abilities to fulfill the role as described. Basic knowledge of lending compliance, regulations, analysis of documentation, reports, service tools, and underwriting principles.
Apply all aspects of origination production roles and mortgage Lending knowledge to perform research and analysis on escalation requests from operations. Proactively resolve problems and provide solutions in line with Orion Lending’s policies, procedures, and processes.
Maintain data for collaboration and developing trending analysis supporting the development or updates of training material, job aids, resource documents or process and system changes.
Develop and maintain an understanding of business change implications and support the implementation of new programming or smaller scale initiatives. Work on project initiatives developing test scripts and complete testing to ensure operational success.
Create and maintain a cohesive working relationship with all levels of management, lines of business personnel, and team to effectively interface on all deliverables.
Ensure compliance with all Orion Lending’s policies and procedures and support the Company’s Core Values.
Remain current on all mortgage related regulations, changes, and Orion system updates and changes.
Must be able to work overtime as required.
