This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing a career in intellectual property docketing.\nThis position is based in Phoenix, Arizona, and is expected to work primarily in a remote capacity. Occasional travel to a firm office may be required for onboarding, training, team meetings, and other business-related activities. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.\nPosition Responsibilities\nResponsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:\nReceive and review intellectual property mail, courier packages, and electronic correspondence for docketing needs.\nProcess attorney and staff requests related to docket entries and updates.\nMaintain and update intellectual property databases and records.\nAssist with maintaining docketing procedures and process documentation.\nCommunicate with attorneys, paralegals, legal administrative assistants, and other staff regarding docket-related matters.\nPerform general administrative and clerical duties in support of the Intellectual Property team.\nSupport the IP team with additional administrative tasks related to docketing as needed\nExperience and Qualifications\nAt least 1 year of administrative, clerical, legal support, or office experience.\nPrior experience in a law firm or intellectual property environment is a plus but not required.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage information.\nExcellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.\nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience with legal docketing software, such as Computer Packages, Inc.
