Client Service Associate

This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to begin a long-term career in financial services. You will work closely with advisors and operational staff to support client relationships, ensure smooth account workflows, and maintain a high standard of service.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide friendly, responsive support to clients via phone, email, and in person.Assist with onboarding new clients, including preparing forms and gathering documentation.Process account opening, transfers, money movement, and other service requests with accuracy.Maintain and update client records in CRM and custodian platforms.Schedule client meetings and prepare meeting materials.Coordinate with advisors on follow-up tasks and outstanding items.Handle general office administrative duties and support team operations.Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with industry regulations.QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred (Finance, Business, Communications, or related field).Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems a plus.Customer service or administrative experience is helpful but not required.What We OfferHands-on training and mentorship.Opportunities for career growth within the firm.Collaborative, team-oriented environment.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Exposure to financial planning, wealth management, and investment operations.J-18808-Ljbffr
