Always striving for quality to meet or exceed the customers’ expectations.\nSHIFT: Monday- Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm\nDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:\nOperate and maintain SMT line Pick & Place machines and screen printer\nSet-up and operate the SMT Reflow Oven\nCoordinate and organize SMT machine operation\nDetermine and coordinate resources for SMT line issues\nPerforms Short Strip and Loose Part Verification\nSet up feeders/magazines; conduct machine changeovers\nCommunicate issues to the Team Leader and/or Production Supervisor\nProvide feedback for quality, efficiency, and productivity of the SMT Line\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nPrevious experience in the operation of SMT equipment is essential\nProficiency in fine pitch SMT soldering and knowledge of associated tools desired\nStrong communication skills in both written and oral English\nComputer literate (i.e. Windows, Excel, Word)\nIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $19.00-$23.00 per hour (for hourly employees) Full-time employees are also eligible for performance based bonuses and benefits. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, location, and shift.
