Advisor Support Professional
A company is looking for an Advisor Support Professional to provide quality service to field partners and clients in a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as an advocate for VFA Broker Dealer by assisting with complex issues regarding account statuses, balances, account transfers, and general inquiries
Provide professional, accurate, and prompt service to field partners and clients with a sense of urgency
Utilize research and analytical skills to resolve client issues effectively
Required Qualifications
1+ years of previous inbound call center experience
Financial services industry experience is preferred
Able to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
Proficient in multitasking and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
Availability to work any shift within operational hours (8am-5pm CST)
