Production Operator

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Operator to support our client's manufacturing operations. This role involves performing a variety of production processes, operating equipment, and ensuring products meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Schedule: Full-time (1st or 2nd Shift Options)Pay: $15.00/hour*This is a temp to hire position.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow work instructions and complete tasks assigned by supervisorsAccurately complete required documentation, including production records and system entriesSet up and operate equipment for assigned production processesLoad, unload, and handle parts throughout various stages of productionApply materials and coatings using a variety of manual and automated methodsInspect products to ensure proper coverage, quality, and adherence to specifications; make adjustments as neededPerform additional processing steps such as testing, marking, or labeling as requiredMove materials through production equipment, including ovens or processing linesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentQualificationsBasic math and computer skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityWillingness to learn equipment operation, measuring tools, and software systemsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to frequently lift 10-20 lbs
