You will own delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination while enabling engineering teams to maximize flow and continuously improve delivery.\r\nYour Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.\r\nManage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards.\r\nAdminister and maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.\r\nTrack sprint progress, monitor delivery metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.\r\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.\r\nSupport resource planning, governance activities, RAID management, and executive reporting.\r\nFacilitate backlog refinement and planning sessions with Product Owners, ensuring work is appropriately prioritized, estimated, and ready for development.\r\nSupport roadmap execution by aligning delivery plans, dependencies, and release milestones with product priorities.\r\nTrack product delivery milestones, feature releases, and adoption metrics, providing visibility into progress and business outcomes.\r\nOperate in a Scrum capacity and support key roles across product, architecture, and engineering to ensure projects are delivered effectively and on-time.\r\nDrive delivery predictability by monitoring sprint health, flow metrics, and team capacity.\r\nIdentify and proactively remove delivery impediments across engineering, architecture, and product teams.\r\nFoster continuous improvement through retrospectives, delivery analytics, and Agile coaching.\r\nSkills And Attributes For Success Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project governance.\r\nAdvanced proficiency with Jira & Confluence, including dashboards, reporting, and workflow management.\r\nExperience with PMO processes, project reporting, RAID management, governance, and stakeholder communications.\r\nExperience supporting product development and Agile product delivery.\r\nStrong understanding of product lifecycle management, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning.\r\nExperience collaborating with Product Owners, UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to successfully deliver customer-centric products and solutions.\r\nExcellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.\r\nComfortable working with engineering teams and understanding modern software delivery concepts including cloud platforms, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and AI-enabled development workflows.\r\nTo qualify you must have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.\r\n5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.\r\nIdeally, you'll also have Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.\r\nWhat We Offer You We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.\r\nJoin us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model.
