Georgia Licensed Litigation Attorney

A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney (Engagement) with extensive experience in high-volume litigation. Key Responsibilities Conduct case analysis, review and draft pre-trial motions, and manage discovery Negotiate with counter-parties and manage outside counsel Work independently with minimal supervision on complex commercial litigation cases Required Qualifications 5+ years of complex commercial litigation experience Experience in high-volume litigation areas such as insurance defense, warranty claims, FCRA, TCPA, and/or FDCPA is a plus Prior experience at a full-service AmLaw 200 firm or large legal department Licensed to practice law and in good standing Excellent academic credentials and outstanding references
