Our engineers design unique and challenging projects, and perform investigations to make expert recommendations to clients for various purposes. Activities include site investigations, structural engineering and drafting for both front end planning and the detailed engineering phase for multi-discipline projects.\n\nAs a Mid‑Level Structural Engineer you will have Discipline Lead responsibilities as part of multi‑discipline project teams. As the Engineer you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and designers to develop and design the structural portion of projects, make design recommendations and decisions, and oversee the completion and quality of construction drawings, specifications, reports, and other project documentation.\n\nResponsibilities\nPerform as project lead engineer for small projects and larger projects with little oversight, managing the production effort of staff assigned to the project in terms of quality, budget, and schedule, overseeing the work throughout various project stages – from conceptual, feasibility, and detailed design through construction.\n\nAssist as required in the preparation of proposals and marketing materials through definition and write‑ups of project scope and activities on past projects.\n\nEstablish project scope, structural budgets, and design approach.\n\nMeet with client personnel to assist in preliminary planning and identifying design concepts.\n\nWork with clients and professional counterparts to ensure projects are delivered on‑time, within budget, meeting, and/or exceeding client expectations.\n\nResponsible for the design of structural systems and components for a variety of commercial and industrial facility types;
