This role includes collaborating with community healthcare partners to ensure training and educational experiences meet all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The adjunct faculty member must be capable of teaching a broad range of phlebotomy topics and supervising student skill development in both laboratory and clinical settings.\nMinimum Qualifications\nRequired:\nAssociate degree in a health-related field from a regionally accredited post-secondary institution.\nCurrent Phlebotomy Certification from an organization whose credentialing exam is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies ( NCCA ) or the American National Standards Institute ( ANSI ).\nTwo years of relevant industry experience with administrative and clinical procedures routinely performed by phlebotomists.\nPrevious teaching experience.\nPreferred Qualifications Preferred:\nExperience with assessment of student learning outcomes.\nExperience with distance learning and/or alternate instructional delivery systems.\nExperience in a community college setting.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
