The team brings together process, technology, and industry experience to help clients make informed decisions and drive measurable outcomes.\n\nQualifications\n\nRequired:\n\nBachelor's degree\n4+ years of experience in process mining, business process analysis, process improvement, or enterprise transformation\n2+ years of experience with Celonis, SAP Signavio, or another process mining platform\nExperience with SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable analytics and visualization tools\nExperience serving Energy & Chemicals clients or working in Energy & Chemicals operations, supply chain, finance, or transformation functions\nAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.\n\nPreferred:\n\nMaster's degree\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA or other enterprise resource planning transformations\nExperience with process discovery, conformance checking, and root cause analysis\nExperience developing business cases, value realization analyses, or transformation roadmaps\nExperience extracting and analyzing data from enterprise resource planning or transactional systems\nExperience working across multiple project workstreams in a consulting environment\n\nThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
