Loan IQ Infrastructure ConsultantBanking / Financial ServicesJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Loan IQ Infrastructure Consultant to support, maintain, and enhance the infrastructure environment for the Finastra Loan IQ platform within a banking organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Loan IQ architecture, application support, infrastructure management, system integrations, database administration, and production support in mission-critical banking environments.This role requires hands-on experience in managing Loan IQ environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production while ensuring high availability, performance, security, and compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLoan IQ Infrastructure & Environment ManagementInstall, configure, upgrade, and maintain Finastra Loan IQ environments.Manage Loan IQ infrastructure across Dev, Test, UAT, DR, and Production.Perform environment cloning, refreshes, migrations, and patching activities.Monitor Loan IQ system health, application performance, and availability.Troubleshoot Loan IQ server, middleware, and connectivity issues.Application & Middleware SupportSupport Loan IQ application servers, batch jobs, schedulers, and interfaces.Configure middleware integrations such as MQ, SFTP, API gateways, and ETL tools.Maintain Windows/Linux servers hosting Loan IQ components.Support Citrix / Remote Desktop environments for business users.Database AdministrationWork closely with DBA teams for Oracle / SQL Server databases.Perform database refreshes, backups, recovery, and performance tuning.Execute Loan IQ schema changes and database scripts during releases.Monitor database jobs, locks, space issues, and performance bottlenecks.Production Support & Incident ManagementProvide L2/L3 support for Loan IQ production issues.Participate in major incident calls and root cause analysis.Resolve application outages, interface failures, and performance degradation.Ensure SLA adherence for critical banking applications.Release & Change ManagementCoordinate Loan IQ releases, deployments, and change requests.Support version upgrades, hotfixes, and patch implementation.Maintain deployment runbooks and technical documentation.Work with DevOps teams for automated deployments.Security & ComplianceEnsure Loan IQ infrastructure meets banking security policies.Manage user access, certificates, service accounts, and audit controls.Support vulnerability remediation and compliance requirements.Core SkillsRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong experience with Finastra Loan IQ Infrastructure / AdministrationKnowledge of syndicated loans / commercial lending platformsExperience in Loan IQ environment setup and supportWindows Server / Linux administrationOracle / SQL Server database fundamentalsMiddleware: IBM MQ, WebSphere, Tomcat, IIS, ApacheBatch scheduling tools (Autosys / Control-M / Cron)Cloud / DevOps (Preferred)AWS / Azure infrastructure knowledgeCI/CD pipelines using Jenkins / GitLabAnsible / Terraform automationMonitoring tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, NagiosBanking Domain KnowledgeCommercial LendingSyndicated LoansLoan Servicing OperationsPayment processingRegulatory controlsPreferred Qualifications5+ years of Loan IQ infrastructure/support experienceExperience in large banking production environmentsStrong troubleshooting and incident management skillsExcellent communication with business and technology teamsAbility to work in on-call support rotationsNice to HaveLoan IQ upgrade/migration experienceDR setup and disaster recovery testingShell / PowerShell scriptingPerformance tuning expertiseIntegration with SWIFT / payment systems
