Banquet/Line Cook

Manchester Country Club, located in Bedford, NH, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Banquet/Line Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Role:Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less) Compensation:$18.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience. Schedule:Part-time, Seasonal role. Hours: 7am-4pm, 5 days/week. Key Responsibilities:Prepare sufficient quantities of food product in accordance with production plan or forecast needs Wrap, date, and rotate food items Utilize whole food products eliminating any waste Maintain overall cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas Alert chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdowns, food overages, or shortages in a timely manner Requisition inventory and receive supplies as necessary for daily production Ensure proper storage of food items Incorporate safe work practices in job performance Perform other duties as required Minimum Qualifications:1-2 years of prior cook or food production experience; certified culinary training is a plus Other Qualifications:Regular and reliable attendance Strong communication skills Must have flexibility to work weekends and holidays Working Conditions:Regularly works in extreme heat (non-weather) and under pressure with organization and timing Benefits & Other Compensation:This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: Healthcare Benefits Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.
