The source of our success is our employees, and we invest heavily in our staff's development and long-term career growth.\n\n*Job Overview*\n\nWe are seeking a dedicated Solar Project Manager to manage our solar and energy storage projects from start to finish. *In this 100% remote role, you will lead coordination across customers, subcontractors, and internal departments, ensuring every project is executed efficiently and complies with industry standards.*\n\n*Key Responsibilities*\n\n* Manage a portfolio of solar and energy storage projects from start to finish\n* Communicate consistently with customers, subcontractors, and internal departments\n* Oversee permitting, interconnection, utility requirements, and inspection scheduling\n* Review plans and documents for accuracy and ensure all project steps are completed\n* Coordinate scheduling, materials, and crew assignments\n* Troubleshoot project issues and keep customers informed\n* Maintain accurate project updates and documentation in company software\n* Ensure compliance with AHJs, utilities, NEC standards, and internal processes\n\n*Qualifications*\n\nWe’re looking for the right attitude first.
