Job Description Ironworker / Welder (Commercial Modular Manufacturing)Russo Modular is a commercial modular building manufacturer specializing in steel-framed modular construction. We are seeking a skilled Ironworker / Welder to join our fabrication team in a shop-based manufacturing environment.Job ResponsibilitiesWeld and fabricate structural steel components for modular buildingsRead and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specificationsCut, fit, and assemble steel membersPerform MIG, Flux-Core, and Stick welding (TIG a plus)Ensure welds meet quality, safety, and structural standardsWork efficiently to meet production schedulesMaintain a clean and safe work areaFollow OSHA and company safety requirementsQualificationsAt least 3 years of experience as an ironworker and/or structural welderExperience in 3G and 4G stick weldingAbility to read blueprints and use measuring toolsAWS welding certification (or ability to obtain within 30 day of employment)Manufacturing or fabrication shop experience a plusReliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focusedAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceFull-time, steady, year-round workOvertime opportunitiesBenefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and holidaysIndoor, controlled work environment (no travel or field-only work)Opportunity to grow with an expanding modular construction companyCompany OverviewRusso Modular designs and manufactures commercial modular buildings using high-quality steel framing.
