District Organizing DirectorThe Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) is hiring District Organizing Directors for the 2026 election cycle. The Organizing Directors report directly to their Regional Organizing Director, and are primarily responsible for management and oversight of all organizing operations for a designated Congressional District. This person will direct all voter contact programs, including managing organizing and volunteer teams, as well as building and maintaining relationships with district-based partners.
