You will have the opportunity to develop and showcase your proficiency in civil engineering principles while collaborating closely with project managers, team members, and clients.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nLead project teams on various assignments, providing technical training and guidance.\n\nPartner with project teams and clients to prepare project documents and proposals.\n\nDraft, review, and finalize project deliverables including:\n\nSite plans\n\nEngineering reports\n\nCost estimates\n\nProject schedules\n\nPermit applications\n\nDue diligence reports\n\nMake edits and modifications to plans based on client and agency feedback.\n\nResearch local/state zoning requirements for properties and projects.\n\nConduct site visits and field assignments.\n\nAnalyze site survey data and consider development factors.\n\nUtilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software to complete assignments efficiently and according to quality standards.\n\nCommunicate effectively with clients, municipalities, and agencies under the direction of the Project Manager.\n\nUpdate Project Manager and Team Leader on workload status.\n\nApply fundamental engineering concepts to practical situations.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.\n\nTwo to four (2-4) years of experience in civil engineering, with experience leading design aspects of development projects preferred.\n\nProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Grading Design, Technical Writing, 3-D Modeling, MS Office, and Plan Interpretation.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nExcellent workload management skills.\n\nDisclaimer\nWhile AI tools may support your application process, this role is built on human talent.
