We run a robust community cat TNR program, we offer spay/neuter surgery to companion animals on a sliding scale, and we help our community’s animals with major life-saving or life changing surgeries. Position Summary: The Data Entry Assistant is a member of the clinic staff. Primary responsibilities enter both medical records and work within our donor database entering information/generating reports and maintaining SOPs . You will be responsible for ensuring accurate, detailed medical records and keeping all donor data updated and easily reportable and accessible. What You’ll Do: ● Daily input of medical records ● Daily input of donor information into Donor Database ● Generate reports as needed ● Maintain and update SOPs as needed Ideal Candidate will possess the following knowledge and skills:● Previous experience in a data entry preferred ● Proficient in typing and data entry skills ● Familiarity with medical terminology and abbreviations ● Strong organizational skills with attention to detail ● Time management skills ● Familiarity with computerized databases and systems including Donor Perfect ● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion● Be highly motivated ● Complete tasks/work with minimal supervision ● Be able to focus in a busy clinic setting ● Be an enthusiastic self-starter ● Have a professional attitude ● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Word, Outlook) To Apply: Email cover letter and resume to rpost@animalfixclinic.org Job Types: Part-time, Temporary Work Location: In person
