In this role, you will serve as the voice of the customer, partnering with manufacturing and cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns, drive corrective actions, and improve overall performance. Key responsibilities include leading root cause investigations, managing customer and internal corrective actions, and utilizing problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5-Why, and cause-and-effect analysis to prevent recurring issues and enhance the customer experience.\nWhat You Will Do\n\nLead the end-to-end corrective action process for customer, internal, and manufacturing quality concerns, including complaint investigation, containment, quality alerts, ownership assignment, verification of effectiveness, timely customer response, closure, and documentation using 8D or similar problem-solving tools.\nFacilitate MRB meetings and support disposition of non-conforming material, including investigation, coordination, and communication with impacted teams and customers.\nSupport root cause analysis and continuous improvement using quality tools such as Pareto charts, flowcharts, fishbone diagrams, FMEA/PFMEA, and statistical analysis.\nCoordinate communication between engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer-facing teams to ensure issues are clearly understood and actions are completed.\nSupport inspection and process controls, including final inspection, FAI validation, GR&R studies, key process variable reporting, operator training, and quality data analysis.\nMaintain the NCR system and partner with supervisors to drive timely closure and effective corrective actions.\nSupport internal, registrar, and customer audits by coordinating action completion, verifying effectiveness, and supporting ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 QMS requirements.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\n\nMinimum 2 years technical experience in a manufacturing or quality-related field\nKnowledge of 8D problem-solving methodology\nExperience with analysis and quality tools such as Pareto charts, flowcharts, cause and effect diagrams, and root cause analysis\nStrong organizational and interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication\nStrong computer and problem-solving skills including Microsoft Word and Excel\nAbility to effectively interface with customers\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\n\nAssociate or bachelor's degree in an Engineering or technical discipline\nProduct experience in medical devices, automotive, or electronics manufacturing\nExperience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) knowledge and quality data analysis skills\nWorking knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 or IATF 16949 standards\nKnowledge of injection molding, plating, or assembly operations\nThis position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
