This includes managing billing, accounts receivable, cash receipts, collections, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, forecasting, budgeting, internal controls, and audits.\r\nPrepare monthly and annual financial reviews, budgets, and any necessary state financial reports.\r\nDevelop and implement plans to enhance operational efficiency as requested by the CEO, hospital leadership, regional teams, and the corporate office.\r\nParticipate in hospital Governing Body committees and partnership boards as needed.\r\nAssist in monitoring compliance with Medicare regulations.\r\nCelebrate accomplishments and victories with the team along the way.\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's Degree required.
