The technician will ensure all screens meet production standards and are processed efficiently to support smooth workflow in the printing department.\r\nClear screens of coating material and inspect for any holes, smudges, alignment issues, etc.\r\nRemove image, clean and prepare screens for re-use\r\nPrepare coating material and place on screens in preparation for imaging placement\r\nAdhere work order image to screen\r\nProper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)\r\nQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED\r\nThis is an entry level position so any experience in a manufacturing environment or related experience is helpful\r\nDetail orientated, reliable, quick learner\r\nAbility to stand, bend, lift, walk, and move throughout the facility for 8-10 hours per shift\r\nFrequent use of hands/arms for lifting screens weighing between 5 -10 lbs regularly\r\nAble to carry, lift and move screens regularly\r\nRepetitive movement such as bending/lifting/reaching/twisting throughout the shift\r\nComfortable working in a production or warehouse environment with varying temperatures\r\nAble to inspect the screens to ensure quality and accuracy\r\nThrive in a fast-paced workplace and follow standardized procedures\r\nWhy Join GroupeSTAHL?We value work/life balance.\r\nAs a family-owned business, we know our work family is just one aspect of life.
