If that mission aligns with you, please apply today.\nAll Staff Requirements:\nMaintain trauma-informed, supportive environment for staff and clients\nEnsure provision of services in an emotionally and physically safe, clean, and supportive atmosphere\nProvide services with integrity, respect, empathy, and confidentiality to residents;\nEngages as a member of a team of care to ensure safety, stability, and permanency using trauma-informed care\nEducation & Experience Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree or above in social work, counseling, psychology or a related field, from an accredited institution; or\nBachelor's degree or above in another field with two years of direct experience in serving the SED population; or\nLicensed registered or licensed practical nurse with one year of experience in the mental health field;
