The Secretary Receptionist will perform a variety of tasks, including managing incoming phone calls, greeting visitors, scanning docs, preparing contracts, filing, creating/maintaining job files, assisting elderly salesman throughout work day, and providing support to other office staff, and ensuring clear communication with clients and team members; notary.QualificationsStrong skills in Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and general office operationsProficiency in Clerical Skills, including filing, scheduling, and record keepingExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a professional and polite demeanorAbility to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environmentProficiency in basic office software (e.g., word processing, excel, and email)Previous experience in administrative or receptionist roles is highly beneficialHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus
