That’s exactly what our tutors do.\nAt Forward Thinking, our aim is to help insipire and develop the next generation of critical thinkers. We provide online tuition in maths, english (5-17) and the sciences (12 y/o + ). We are looking for confident people who will be able to teach and guide the students who attend our online classes.\nYou will not be expected to teach all subjects, if your application is successful we will determine which subjects (and at what levels) you can teach. We want you to teach the subjects that you are most confident in!\nIf you come on board you’ll develop and progress both personally and professionally with the support of our passionate and driven team.\nWe are looking for:\nA tutor who is capable of teaching National 5 and Scottish Higher level subjects (Maths and/or Physics)\nAs a tutor, you will need to be\nConfident\nCompetant\nHave great communication skills\nRole and responsibilities\nTeach National 5 and/or Higher level S.T.E.M. subjects to students online.\nTutor on a 1:1 basis online\nProvide weekly written feedback on students performance and progress.\nRequirements\nA/B in Scottish Highers (or equivelant) in relevent S.T.E.M. subjects (candidates who are currently studying/have completed a degree in S.T.E.M. courses will be looked upon favourably).\nYou MUST have an ipad and apple pencil (or equivelant) to fully utilise our system.
