FACT provides comprehensive, recovery-oriented services through a multidisciplinary team that promotes stability, independence, reduced recidivism, and successful community integration.\nPosition Summary\nThe Program Assistant is a nonclinical member of the multidisciplinary FACT team who provides administrative and operational support. Responsibilities include scheduling, record management, data entry, communication, and administrative coordination to support compliance with NYS OMH ACT/FACT standards, Medicaid requirements, and agency policies.\nEssential Functions\nProvide administrative support to the FACT Team Leader and multidisciplinary team, including coordinating schedules, meetings, calendars, and program communications.\nMaintain accurate and confidential medical records, centralized communication logs, tracking systems, and other required program documentation.\nMaintain required CAIRS data and assist with data entry, program reports, audits, quality-improvement activities, and FACT fidelity reviews.\nTrack appointments, court dates, referrals, admissions, discharges, hospitalizations, incarcerations, and required follow-up activities.\nAssist individuals with appointment scheduling, program paperwork, and administrative aspects of referrals.\nReceive and appropriately route calls and communications in a timely manner.\nCoordinate administrative communication with community providers, hospitals, probation, parole, courts, correctional facilities, and other partners as directed.\nMaintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2 when applicable, and applicable Medicaid, NYS OMH, and agency requirements.\nParticipate in team meetings, supervision, required training, and other administrative activities.\nPerform other related duties consistent with the position and as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business Administration, Human\nServices, Health Administration, or related field preferred.\nTwo (2) years of administrative experience, preferably in behavioral health or healthcare.\nExperience with electronic health records and Google Workspace preferred.\nBENEFITS WE OFFER:\nMedical including Dental and Vision\nCafeteria Plans: FSA, Dependent child care plan, qualified transportation plan\nUp to 3% 401k Profit Sharing plan automatic contribution for eligible employees\n401k Additional 4% match of your contribution from your salary\nEmployee Assistant Program Services (EAP)\nPaid time off (PTO)\nReferral Bonus for qualifying positions\nInterborough is an EEO employer and provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regards to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veterans’ status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state and/or local law and encourage women, veterans and other minorities to apply.\nInterborough Developmental and Consultation Center is committed to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) in the workplace.
