You will participate in building full-cycle foundational analysis for transactions, inclWhat you will doConduct financial modeling and valuation analysis for potential transactionsSupport transaction due diligence processes, including extensive data analysis, preparing internal and external presentation materials, and company and sector researchAssist in the transaction execution process and the preparation of transaction-related documentation, including investment memoranda and presentationsWork closely with cross-functional teams and external advisors to gather information and assess risks and opportunities associated with potential transactionsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the deal processSupport business development initiatives across the existing portfolioComplete market research and competitive analysis to monitor industry trends identifying potential future transactionsAbout YouSkills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Engineering1-2 years experience in investment banking or similar analytical roleStrong analytical and numerical skills and highly proficient in Excel-based financial modeling (e.g., discounted cash flow, comparable company analysis, comparable acquisition analysis)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholdersSense of ownership of work product and the ability to handle several projects simultaneously and prioritize work to meet time sensitive deadlines, often working with multiple managersSelf-motivated and proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellenceFamiliarity with the energy or infrastructure industry, market trends and competitive landscapeWe offer you:Pension Plan: Enrollment is automatic and at no cost to you.
