provide professional and technical guidance on efficient business processes and systems integration; and facilitate communication and provide recommendations to management.\nCollaborate with developers, system administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional requirements and assist with requirement gathering, technical design reviews, and solution recommendations.\nTrain other members of the EAM Support Team on the above systems so that they can act as backup support, cross-train on other business applications sufficiently to serve as a secondary SME, and provide backup support for those systems.\nMaintain the EAM system while knowing business productivity times and slow periods to provide the best uptime for the EAM system;
