As they continue to grow, they are looking to add a Project Manager to their team-someone with experience in both business development and estimating-to help drive projects forward and play a key role in managing their strong pipeline of upcoming work.DescriptionKey Responsibilities of the Project ManagerWork with the client from the start of each project to ensure you understand the project scope and vision.Prepare scope documents per trade and include scope and project-specific information.Oversee the beginning of each turn-key project, including details like permit submission and design evaluationsReviews project proposal, drawings, and plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the projectCollaborate with the architect and construction crew to ensure the feasibility of each projectConduct meetings on-site with the architect, client, and construction crewNegotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractorsWilling to travelProfileSuccessful Senior Project Manager3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or someone who's looking to take the steps into project managementA Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related area of study is preferredSignificant and Diverse project experience with a light industrial or commercial focusAbility to run projects from conception to completionExposure to Estimating and Business DevelopmentEffective Communication SkillsWorking knowledge of commercial construction technology and detailsStrong Personal Drive to take on several challenges and grow professionallyWilling to travelJob OfferCompetitive salary $100-$140K (based on experience) with significant bonus potentialClear career progression and promotion path401k MatchHealth, Vision, and Dental InsuranceCar allowanceIf you're interested, please apply with the link below.
