The Dean will also be a key figure in shaping campus climate, building trust among the community, and ensuring that the student services are in line with institutional priorities and deliver developmental and student-centered services.Applicants for the Dean of Students and Associate Vice President for Student Affairs position at the company should have a master's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a terminal degree, and a minimum of eight years of progressive leadership experience in student affairs or a related area.
