And we’re reimagining how space can connect us, ensuring security and prosperity.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nWork in a development/production environment to support the design and develop technically complex systems\n\nApply and grow your electromagnetic engineering skills to enable the logical and systematic conversion of customer needs into total systems derived requirements and solutions\n\nPerform and support functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications\n\nPerform and support requirements sell-off through compiling, organizing, performing, evaluating and documenting completed compliance verification process which assesses design performance and operational electromagnetic issues at both the package and system levels\n\nProvide team participation and support while growing your EMC skills during technical Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Test Planning, System Integration, and Verification/Validation of E3 components, test setup and performance oversight\n\nJoin the enterprise EMC Engineering group and work alongside EMC domain authorities\n\nIf selected, you will need to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance. US citizenship is required.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a closely related technical field and/or equivalent experience\n\nWorking knowledge of Mil Std 461/464 requirements and the applicable test methods\n\nKnowledge of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) theory\n\nUS citizenship with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance\n\nDesired Skills\n\nExperience with satellite and/or missile system and/or box level test and analysis (or equivalent)\n\nMATLAB, Excel, CST (3‑D modeling software tool) and PSPICE (or equivalent) experience\n\nGenerating EMC / E3 control plans, procedures, lab reports, or equivalent\n\nAdvanced EMC test equipment\n\nElectromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) analysis\n\nMicrosoft Office applications\n\nDemonstrated basic understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build solid relationships with team members\n\nActive or current Top Secret clearance\n\nSecurity Clearance\nSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US citizen for consideration.
