Leveraging deep technical expertise and standardized best practices, we deliver consistent, high-quality solutions that support our clients’ most critical project needs.\n\nPosition Overview\n\nThe Superintendent/Construction Manager serves as the Owner's on-site representative and is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of construction projects. This individual works closely with owners, design teams, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality expectations. The Construction Manager provides leadership throughout the construction lifecycle while proactively identifying and resolving project challenges.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as the Owner’s primary construction representative throughout design, construction, and closeout.\nReview and evaluate contractor schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and execution strategies for alignment with project requirements and Owner objectives.\nMonitor project progress, risks, and performance, and provide recommendations for issue resolution.\nCoordinate with Owners, designers, construction managers, and contractors to facilitate communication and project execution.\nPerform site observations to assess schedule status, quality, safety, and general compliance.\nReview RFIs, submittals, change requests, safety programs, and quality plans.\nSupport change management efforts and contractor negotiations through impact analysis and recommendations.\nPrepare and present project status reports covering cost, schedule, quality, safety, and risk.\nSupport project closeout activities, including punch list review, turnover documentation, and final acceptance.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.\nMinimum 10 years of commercial construction management experience with increasing responsibility.\nExperience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or higher education projects.\nProficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.\nStrong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and industry best practices.\nAbility to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.\nAbility to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.\nAt Anova, We Offer\nMedical, dental, and vision benefits\nHSA/Medical Savings with employer contribution\nEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) + 401(k) match\nGenerous PTO and paid holidays\nParental leave and wellness benefits\nCompany-sponsored events and additional voluntary benefits\nNotice to Recruiters and Agencies\n\nAnova prefers to recruit candidates directly, rather than through a third party recruiter or agency.
