Quality Control Inspector - Spring Dept

Responsibilities: Perform First Piece, In-process, and Final Inspections on springs or stamped parts for compliance with engineering drawings, customer requirements, and company specifications Read blueprints Use inspection equipment Approve items within specifications and generate inspection reports Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent experience At least 2 years of experience as a part inspector in springs or metal forming Excellent knowledge of blueprint reading Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Able to use optical comparator, gages, micrometers, calipers, load testers, Rockwell testers, height gages, torque testers, etc. Familiar with ISO and AS9100 requirements Keyence Visual experience is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: Quality inspection: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
