And you’re up for the challenge.\n\nIn addition, you will:\n\nDevelop your team’s skill set and knowledge of telecom construction (Aerial and underground)\nLead by example and support the company-wide safety culture\nDrive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects\nProvide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers\nGives direction to multiple crews and their job site activities\nQualifications:\n\nAbout You:\n\nSafety is a part of your day-to-day\nYou have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality\nYou have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work\nYou are looking for long-term projects\nYou enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team\nYou are an experienced leader who supported the day-to-day needs of a construction crew\nYou know the telecom construction industry (Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, map reading, etc.)\nYou enjoy problem-solving and like to troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field\nYou embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team\nYou have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software\nYou have a valid driver's license (Applicants are subject to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review and must meet company standards for a safe driving record)\n\nMOS Codes 12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591 relate well to this position.\n\nCompensation of $70,000-$85,000 annually.\n\nHard work pays off.
