This position requires a proactive, self-directed professional who excels at taking high-level objectives and independently producing fully developed, technically sound tools that put decision-quality data directly in front of senior leadership.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nAs the technical lead for enterprise data visualization, you'll turn complex, multi-program datasets into the AI-powered dashboards and analytical tools senior leaders depend on to make critical decisions. Duties include:\n\nLeveraging the MDA instantiation of Palantir's \"Foundry\" software or other available LLMs to develop sophisticated analytical tools and interactive dashboards, converting complex datasets into clear, actionable executive-level visual products\nDesigning, building, andmaintainingscalable, AI-enhanced scheduling and analytical tools that enable continuous tracking and optimization across programs\nOperating independently — translating abstract, high-levelobjectivesinto complete, functioning tools without step-by-step guidance\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nUS Citizenship\nBachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 7+ years of relevant professional experience\nAbility to develop analytical and visualization tools\nAbility to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision\nActive security clearance at the required level (e.g., TS/SCI) or ability to obtain this clearance\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nMaster's degree in a STEM field and 12+ years of relevant professional experience\nAlternatively: Bachelor's degree in STEM and 20+ years of experience may be considered\nExperience supporting database administration\nExperience with Palantir's AI-based software development environments, or other AI tools used to build software that ties an LLM \"chatbot\" into enterprise data\nStrong ability to synthesize technical data into executive-level products\nFamiliarity with missile defense or other complex DoD program environments\n\nBenefits of working at nSI\n\nnou Systems, Inc. offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and diverse benefits that reflect our company culture of service, excellence, and a supportive work environment.
