The Essential Functions Include:\nRepresent FireWatch Solutions core values of courtesy, professionalism, and respect.\nMaintain assigned post and complete mobile patrols as needed throughout the day.\nMonitor access to all personnel and control entry/exit point.\nScreen all personnel to ensure they are admitted onto the premises.\nProvide temporary passes to all visitors.\nProvide general security for the entire premises.\nPrevent theft, vandalism, or damage to any assets and equipment.\nMonitor close-circuit television (CCTV) camera systems.\nProtect the delivery of sensitive materials at final point of delivery.\nSupport emergency response as required.\nBe prepared to support and facilitate Client safety, security, and technical protocols as directed.\nConduct periodic safety and security rehearsals in collaboration with Client staff.\nPresent a tactical law enforcement posture to deter and prevent potential criminal behavior.\nCoordinate with law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical services as needed for emergency response services.\nProvide basic lifesaving techniques as needed.\nAll other duties, as assigned.\nA clean, professional appearance is required. FWS will provide the uniform top. Employee to provide black tactical-style pant (no jeans), black shoe/boot, and firearm and ammunition with appropriate holster.\nWorking Conditions\nWith or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to perform all essential functions effectively.
