This role builds scalable solutions, troubles issues, and improves workflows to support business growth. The ideal candidate can quickly understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.\r\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and enhance applications based on business and system requirements\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, databases, and supporting systems\r\nIdentify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency\r\nMaintain documentation for systems, workflows, and development standards\r\nSupport user training and assist in creating user documentation as needed\r\nEnsure quality through testing, validation, and continuous improvement practices\r\nTrack and manage work using project management tools\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business goals\r\nPartner with internal stakeholders and external vendors on data initiatives, including the design and implementation of a centralized data warehouse\r\nAdhere to development standards, data governance standards, documentation requirements, and code review practices\r\nSpecial projects and assignments as business needs dictate\r\nResponsible for creation, maintenance and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by Confidentiality and Privacy Standards, in accordance with Mass Regulations on Personal Identity Regulations and HIPAA.\r\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities.\r\nSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field\r\n4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience\r\nExperience with modern web development, including Node.js and React (TypeScript preferred)\r\nStrong experience with relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS)\r\nExperience with one or more programming languages such as C#, Java, or Visual Basic\r\nFamiliarity with version control tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps)\r\nExperience with Power BI for reporting and dashboarding\r\nExperience with Visual Studio or similar development environments\r\nExperience with scripting and task automation preferred\r\nExperience supporting or working with data warehouse, ETL, or data integration initiatives, and using DataVysta preferred\r\nExperience with EDI (ANSI X12) preferred\r\nStrong problem solving and analytical skills with a solutions-oriented mindset\r\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment\r\nAbility to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions\r\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written\r\nMust have attention to detail and focused concentration\r\nMust be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently\r\nMust be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow\r\nMust possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness\r\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\r\nWORK ENVIRONMENT The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate\r\nFast paced office environment\r\nAbility to work nights and weekends as business dictates\r\nCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS None required\r\nOTHER DUTIES Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
