Measuring and analyzing investment performance data while working with multiple systems.\n\nPerform variance analysis between systems, equity return calculation, and performance attribution analysis.\n\nProduce and communicate results to internal clients. Execute reports in a timely and accurate manner under stringent deadlines.\n\nGather data independently, check for data integrity, and assure quality output. Collect and gather data sources and results.\n\nApply basic analytical skills to understand key drivers of financial results. Write commentary for senior leaders.\n\nManage personal, day to day activities.\n\nUse a high attention to detail and perform self-quality checks.\n\nSupport additional performance initiatives as needed.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nNeed to do performance calculation for equity, fixed, multi-asset, institutional client and retail clients.\n\nAttribution on equity and fixed income. Derivative and capital market concept. Good knowledge on forex currency etc. Strong capital market knowledge (esp. securities, mutual funds, forex, etc).\n\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Access is required. Strong knack for automation. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.\n\nKnowledge of Bloomberg, Morningstar, Factset, and Lipper would be useful.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBCOM/MBA/MCOM/CA Inter.\n\nHands on experience with VBA/SQL queries.\n\nIn-Office Collaboration\nWe are a client‑centric, relationship‑based business.
