It’s why we’ve built a culture-focused and diverse environment for you that offers opportunities for advancement with industry-leading benefits.\nThe Damage/Returns Processor assists inbound McLane Drivers to unload and account for products being returned from delivery or processed through the Damage/Returns Department.\nBenefits you can count on:\nPay Rate: $19 per hour.\nTuesday- Saturday, 4 pm start time. Shifts will last 8 to 10 hours.\nGenerous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance.\nEarn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days.\n401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.\nAdditional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more!\nWhat you’ll do as a Warehouse Processor:\nCount, scan, and input item label information into a computerized system.\nSort and stack totes; shrink-wrap pallets as needed.\nTransport product and totes to their designated locations.\nProcess product through the inventory tracking system.\nRecord, document, and destroy damaged product.\nWork safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.\nOther duties may be assigned.\nQualifications you’ll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:\nAt least 18 years of age.\nHigh School Diploma or GED preferred.\nBasic computer skills.\nThis position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
