We offer a stable work environment, hands-on training, and opportunities to grow your skills while working alongside experienced technicians and engineers.YOUR DAY TO DAY (What You’ll Actually Do)You’ll spend your day building and assembling components with high precision, working from drawings and instructions, and using different welding and joining methods to create high-quality parts. This is hands-on work that requires focus, consistency, and pride in what you produce.YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR (Key Responsibilities)Assemble components and subassemblies using detailed drawings and work instructionsPerform resistance spot welding, laser/TIG welding, and brazing to join components in different production stages.Assemble and leak-check subassemblies (including stems and coolers).Follow all safety, quality, and process standardsWork closely with assemblers, process engineers, and product engineers to meet production goals.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaSupport production schedules, including overtime when neededYOU ARE A GOOD FIT IF YOU…Have 3+ years of hands-on assembly, manufacturing, or similar experienceCan read and follow mechanical drawings and written instructionsAre comfortable working with small parts and detailed processesHave experience with welding, brazing, or similar joining methods (or are willing to learn)Take ownership of your work and show up ready to contributeCommunicate clearly and work well with a teamWHAT TO EXPECT (Work Environment & Physical Demands)Mostly seated work (about 80% of the day)Frequent use of hand tools and movement between workbench and equipmentWork may involve microscopes and fine-detail assemblyRepetitive hand movements and precision workOccasional standing, walking, and lifting of materials/toolsThis position may involve access to information subject to U.S. export control laws (ITAR/EAR). Access to certain controlled information may be limited to individuals who qualify as “U.S. persons” (generally U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, and certain protected individuals). Non-U.S. persons may still apply; however to be eligible for the role, access to controlled information may require U.S. government authorization.Applicants must be able to comply with applicable export control requirements.
