The position location is flexible, but the placement must be willing to travel a few times a year.\nAlaska, California, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Maine, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington, Wyoming; residents are not eligible.\nResponsibilities:\nMaintains current applications for business continuity.\nWorks as part of a SCRUM team for project delivery and also provides 24x7 support for production systems.\nParticipates in the deployment of after-hours software releases (authors CRs and implementation plans), troubleshooting of issues with deployments to resolution.\nWillingness to learn additional technologies as CCS develops its technology infrastructures.\nExcellent working knowledge on Agile Methodologies\nWorks with other IT team members to resolve application performance, design, and other related data issues.\nWorks well in a fast-paced, growing company environment that has a wide range of possible daily activities and demanding business structure.\nSelf-starter who can function independently and handle multiple priorities on a day-to-day basis.\nMaintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information.\nMaintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department\nFollows all Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and Private Insurance regulations and requirements\nAbides by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards\nDesired Outcomes:\nExercises appropriate cost control measures\nMaintains positive internal and external customer service relationships\nMaintains open lines of communication\nPlans and organizes work effectively and ensures its completion\nMeets all productivity requirements\nDemonstrates team behavior and promotes a team-oriented environment\nActively participates in Continuous Quality Improvement\nRepresents the organization professionally at all times\nQualifications:\n2-4 years of experience in Development experience\nEducation – Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Information Systems from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and/or experience\nExcellent working knowledge of Systems Development Life-Cycle in information systems and software design\nExperience in Java and/or Scala with 2-4 years of experience developing scalable, high-performance applications.\nAPI development for internal and external API integration.\nKnowledge of Oracle and Microsoft SQL database.\nExperience in building responsive, user-friendly single page applications (SPAs) using Angular 12+ and TypeScript.\nWorking knowledge in RESTful API development, utilizing best practices for security, scalability, and performance.\nDemonstrated proficiency of relational database management systems, with proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, query optimization, and programming.\nExperience writing unit tests for Java/Scala programs and Angular/TypeScript applications.\nExperience with microservices architecture, including design, development, and deployment of independently scalable and maintainable services.\nProficiency using Git for source code management and collaborative development.\nFamiliarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automated testing and deployment tools such as Jenkins.\nUnderstanding of web technologies and protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, WebSockets), including security best practices (OAuth, JWT).\nFamiliarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, for development, testing, and deployment.\nFamiliarity with Java/Scala web application frameworks, such as Scalatra, Spring, or Play.\nExcellent working understanding of the information technology environment\nRelies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals\nKnowledge of current trends and developments in information technology\nSolves practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists\nStrong organizational planning and development skills\nExcellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills required.
