$24.00/hourly (depending on experience)*\n*Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm Full-Time (Monday - Friday)*\n\n*Job Overview for Assembly Technician Position:*\n\n* Assemble cell pairs and modules in accordance with approved design data to include procedures and drawings\n* Assemble a variety of products ranging in volume from unique single piece units to repetitive hundred unit runs\n* Occasionally communicate and work with engineering to assist them in developing robust assembly processes\n* Perform rework on assembled components based on written and verbal direction\n* Complete build documentation records, both written and electronic, with a high level of precision and accuracy\n* Perform Quality Assurance functions to include visual inspection, dimensional verification and document review\n* Ability to work on live cells, modules and batteries\n* Strong mechanical aptitude\n* Basic understanding of DC electrical circuits\n* Ability to read and understand mechanical assembly drawings and process specifications\n* Ability to operate various hand-tools and numerous other manufacturing equipment\n* Good interpersonal and organizational skills\n* Able to adapt quickly to new methods and techniques, to learn quickly and can work independently or as part of team\n\n*Qualification:*\n\n* Prep and assemble components, wires, and assemblies per work instructions\n* Use mechanical/electrical drawings and schematics to complete assemblies and installation\n* Inspect, install, and test various components with various test equipmeent or tools\n* Read and interpret testing results\n* Work with engineering to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues\n* Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks\n* Must properly identify parts and inspect for quality or performance issues\n* Meet daily production targets and schedule\n* Able to pass a background and drug test\n\nAbility to Commute:\n\n* Cockeysville, MD 21030 (Required)\n\nWork Location: In person\n\nJob Type: Full-time\n\nPay: $22.00 -
